As long as a person can calculate it in their head. Some people really have no idea how to do it. Then half that again - and that is what you pay. <br /><br />For instance something at $19.99 - half of that is $10 and half of that is $5 - so $5 is what I would pay.<br /><br />And then when stuff goes to 90% off - the easy way to remember is to just take off the last number and move the decimal point.<br />So if something cost $7.99 - take off the last digit (9) and move the decimal to the left - so that item could cost .79Chris the Yardsale Queenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17520877622936730452noreply@blogger.com
